Concept Laser M Line Factory

M LINE FACTORY is designed to be the main element of the concept of Additve Manufacturing Factory of Tomorrow which aims to make connection between traditional production methods and additive manufacturing technology. As a result, it is the first metal additive manufacturing technology product in the world that is manufactured to adapt to the "Industry 4.0" and "Smart Factories" concepts. It enables the automation and digitization of all processes in production and mass production of the metal parts.

In the M Line Factory 3D Printing System; part production, installation and disassembly are carried out on two separate machines (M Line Factory PRD and M Line Fcatory PCG). While the PRD machine carries out the production stage with flow and quantity modules, PCG plays a role in the post process section. In this system, the downtime is significantly reduced due to simultaneous process of all 3D printing elements instead of sequential processes.

With a print volume of 400mm x 400mm x 425mm3, the M Line Factory PRD also offers advantages with optional laser sources. This unit consists of overflow, build and dose independent modules. These modules can be easily replaced by a tunnel system. During this change, the production process cannot be interrupted. The 2-axis coating and automatic tool change system in the unit also provide convenience and flexibility to users.

Another module “M Line Factory PCG” is designed to perform installation and disassembly. In addition, the screening channel and the dust management system are important components. Another advantage of this technology is that it eliminates the use of containers for transformation between the machine and the sieving channel due to its ability to connect to different mobile devices.
